Sharing Photos with captions and notes

I have 300 plus photos on PSE 14 with captions and notes and I would like to share them with others by either:

a) putting them on DVDs or

b) emailing them.

Thus far I have been unable to find a way to share the photos with the captions and notes attached.

Can anyone help.

James,

By default, your keywords, captions and notes are stored only in your catalog, not in the media files themselves.

You must use the File menu option to 'Write metadata to files' (shortcut Ctrl W). Then other softwares like Windows explorer can see your keywords, captions and ratings... but the notes are written in a special Adobe metadata fiels which other softwares (except those specialized for exif analysis) won't see.

Instead of notes, you can often use captions to store that kind of information.
