I used photoshop 6 and I turned on the disabled ( I don't remember the name) key. I've only one hand working now. I started using photoshop element 2020 but I don't see any disabled key anywhere. Can anybody help me please?
There are various system keyboard shortcuts like Sticky Keys, Slow Keys and Mouse Keys in Apple>System Preferences>Acessibility, so perhaps one of those is what your thinking about.
