Sign in error. Won't allow me into the program

Hi there,

I have recently got a new Mac laptop and transferred everything across. But when I try open Elements 2020, it wants me to sign in first. I enter my details, it verifies me, but then loads the sign in screen again. I have tried as much as I know how to, and its so frustrsting that you can't get hold of an actual human to assist. 

Does anyone know what the problem may be?

What do you mean “transferred everything across”

Did you install PSE 2020 from your original download?

If not download from this link, install and update.

As 99jon said, migration doesn't work for Adobe apps.  Uninstall and reinstall.
