Hiya
I have a photo at the bottom of which is some garbled text. I need to slice out that text and then slice it into 3 horizontal strips which can be manipulated so that I can read the garbled text. It is easy to distinguish between the bars as they are 3 different shades of purple. If I had access to a printer, I could try printing it and attempting to do it the old-fashioned way, but I don't have access to a printer.
How do I a) slice the text and then b) manipulate it so that it becomes comprehensible?
Please respond soon a) because I'm using the PSE15 trial and b) because the photo is SERIOUSLY beginning to creep me the ∫µçk out!
