I created my first slide show in Elements 12 - It works, but it cuts every body's head off - even in full screen mode - Is there a fix for this?

In the create slideshow dialog, do you have one of the crop boxes checked?  Are the photos with the missing heads in Landscape or Portrait orientation?  What is the size of your monitor?
