In 2017, I bought a discounted package Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 2014 at local store. As I remember, the package was new, wrapped in foil, etc. I still have the receipt, box, DVDs with serial numbers labels.
I activated both applications on the Adobe website in my profile few days later, I installed and worked 2-3 years until my computer was crashed. During COVID-19, I didn't feel to need use these programs, so I didn't install them on the second computer until the day before yesterday when I diligently needed to test my daughter's new graphics tablet.
It turned out that PSE14 is missing on my list of products.
I tried to explain it on chat and found out that my number is assigned to a different account, from 2015 and they can't help me.
What to do now?
Suggest that you contact Adobe again, but this time call them. Explain to the agent that you do not require help with the software, just with activation. If the agent insists that the product is no longer supported, ask to be connected to a supervisor.
