This keeps popping up and is a real pain. I have to Force Quit - I am on Ventura...went through steps with tech rep on how to force quit processes in activity monitor, but it's still happening, and there's a red bell in the upper right of my window 😞 part of the error message says, "Error code 10002: Internal command failed to apply updates" Errrgg. help
