Start up problem

I have just installed Photoshop Elements 2018 but when I try to launch it I get the following error message.  "Loadlibrary failed error 1114 a dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failure.  Can anybody help with this?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Hello,

Could you please try deactivating the GPU support?

To do so, press Ctrl + K (Cmd + K in case of Mac) and click on Performance category. Under the Graphics Processor Settings heading, uncheck the "Use Graphics Processor for Adjusting Facial Features" checkbox.
