Stop nagging me to upgrade my Photoshop Elements. I paid for it. I didn't pay Adobe to advertise at me with it.

Try turning off notifications in the preferences of Photoshop Elements.

Uncheck everyything in adobe partner services, it may help.   All you can really do about it is to check reminder me later and it typically goes away after about two weeks.

here is a link to the most recent EULA- change the language to english if needed. Yes I know it says 2018- but it's the most recent eula available from Adobe I can find.

I agree completely. If I wanted to upgrade, I know exactly when, why and how to do so. I don't seem to be able to get my standard Photoshop to just open normally without spamming stupid upgrade messages. Just like the OP, I don't want your upgrade advertising either. How do I make it stop.
