Stop pop-ups of Elements New Tricks and Tips on PSE 2023

Has anyone figured out how to stop pop-ups of Elements New Tricks and Tips on PSE 2023?

I'm using Windows 11.

I've unchecked everything in Edit > Preferences > Adobe Partners Services. That does nothing to my problem.

Anyone succeed in stopping pop-ups of Elements New Tricks and Tips on PSE 2023?

I second this!  These annoying pop-up tips interrupt my workflow.  I looked all over to disable these pests, but it's nowhere to be found.

this is amazingly annoying.  What's new is driving me crazy.  ADOBE if you are listening stop this, it is driving me nuts

Tired of the popup promoting their products...I tried Explore to see if going through the process would end it.....it doesn't.

I do NOT get those pop-up messages in my PSE 2023 or 2024. Try this in your Editor Preferences. UNCHECK ALL of the option boxes. That may stop them.

I have all those options listed by Walter H unchecked, and I still get the pop-ups. Very annoying.
