Student Activation

Hello,

Im trying to download my (first ever) student version of a combo of photoshop and elements (together in the one card thing) and i have sent them a picture of my report card, and filled out all necessary fields required. It says the case is still with an agent after nearly two days. I'm sure that it shouldnt take that long should it?

I tried reading another question, and it didnt make any sense, so if i need to remove or add stuff or whatever, please leave me step by steps on what i have to do below, my parents paid a fair bit for me to get it, I dont want it to go to waste

It says on my thing that it is "adobe photoshop elements 15 & premiere elements 15" sorry
