Subject is locating catalog data files in Elements 14. Where are they?

Other discussions point me to Catalogs in a path ProgramData\Adobe\ElementsOrganizer\Catalog.  However there is no Catalog file. Yet when I open program several Albums etc are listed. Same is true of Systems Info under Help in program. I need to locate to transfer to new computer.  Thanks in advance.

The path you are quoting is true. By default, that location is a hidden folder in Windows. You have to set your Windows explorer to show hidden files and folders.

On the other hand, transferring to a new computer requires not only copying the image files tree and the catalog folder. The links in the copied catalog still point to the old drive.

So, use the recommended transfer procedure by backup and restore:

Thank you for this. I will need to figure out how to show hidden files then try it. As to the pointing issue all my photos are on an external drive which I have now connected to my new computer so I assume that will take care of that issue. Thanks again for your r esponse.

If you are on Windows 10:

Yes, if the media data stay on the same drive, no reconnect necessary.
