Hi
I have just spent a very frustrating half hour with the Adobe Virtual Assistant trying to get an answer to two extremely simple questions. I hope you can help with:
1/ Why does PS Elements NOT show up in Creative Cloud? and, followig the V. Asst. Q&A session,
2/ Is PS Elements a supported program?
Many thanks
Perry
PSE does not require a subscription. You buy it, and you own it.
You can download a trial version of Photoshop Elements. You need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to download a trial. For detailed instructions, see Download and install non-Creative Cloud trial apps.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
So, if I'm understanding correctly, Adobe has two generic product types;
1/ Those using the subscription model which have Creative Cloud as their front end and receive continuing updates and support (PhotoShop, some versions of Lightroom, etc.) OR
2/ Those where you buy a single licensed version which uses the Adobe Application Manager for incremental updates and only receives very limited (installation) support from Adobe. A new license then being needed as and when an upgrade is desired. (PS Elements, some versions of Lightroom, etc).
- My error was in thinking that the Creative Cloud embraced all Adobe products-

Hello, I'm Joshua and I have been a SPARK POST user since 3 years for church and had no problem using it. I quite like the environment, features especially the convenience and ease of the app very well while makingtemplates. But now, after updating, you have taken away the resizing option in the app from all free users. That is personally really disappointing for me because I have been loving and also recommending the app for a long period. I can't understand why you guys at Adobe has taken away that feature. I would have bought the subscription already but due to financial issues I can't even if I want to. I'm sure there would be a lot of Others too who would purchase the app but they can't because of financial inefficiency. I know you understand this. Please help us by responding and providing the resize options for free again

You are posting in the user to user forum for Photoshop Elements, not speaking to Adobe.
I suggest you have a look at the new forum:
