Switching to Photoshop Elements 2018

New Here ,
Jan 14, 2018 Jan 14, 2018

Hello,

I recently bought the full Photoshop Creative Cloud package and once installed realised that I was totally out of my depth!!! Far too many features for an amateur like myself. Having now done further research I see that I should have installed the simpler Photoshop Elements 2018 instead. Is there any way that I can replace the professional version for the simpler Elements without incurring further charges?

Regards

Christy

I'd call them directly. Do a search for "adobe customer support phone number" and you'll find their support number.

Depends on exactly when you bought it.

I tried contacting adobe directly by going to contact-bumper but there does not seem to be any mechanism there by which you can send them an email??

No email that I know of... only chat... and I'm not sure, but I don't think chat is open on Saturday or Sunday
