Hi,

please get to the following location on your computer and rename the folder PSE(version number) to PSE_old.

C:\Users\'username'\AppData\Local\Adobe\TypeSupport

Check of the text tool works fine after renaming the folder.

PSE12 : the same problem after the update. Deleting the TypeSupport directory did not help. Some weeks ago getting an update from within the program PSE (help/updates) solved the problem but as it seems only temporarily.When now updating the Adobe manager I'm stuck in Adobe cloud and I don't see a possibility to re-install PSE12.
