text engine

HELP suddenly my Photoshop Elements 14 doesnt work. It tells me that my text engine cannot initialized.  78/5000 In the help function they give four solutions that do not solve the problem.

BTW Sorry for my bad english, i am dutch.

Hi Arshla,

Sorry for my late respons, but i still have the same problem.

See picture below. I have legal software and i am very disappointed about this.

I did everything i could find on youre website/forum about this issue.

It may not be that i cannpt use your software anymore.

PLease help me
