The problem is that my old laptop crashed. So I can no longer deactivate Adobe. I have a new laptop on which I want to install elements 13 and that is not possible because I cannot deactivate the old laptop.

How can I install Adobe Elements on my new laptop while Adobe is not deactivated on the crashed laptop?

Gr.

I've moved your post from Photoshop (beta) to the Photoshop Elements forum.

I have two laptops. Everything works on one laptop, but the other one
crashed so I can't deactivate it. How can I install the second version
on a new laptop?

Unfortunately, if you can't deactivate from the laptop, there is no solution to activating it on another computer.

It may be possible, if you activate offline pursuant to the instructions found in this article.  I have been unable to get a difinitive answer about this from Adobe, but it may be worth trying.  If it does work for you, please let us know.

This solution does not work. Unable to install a trial version of
Elements 2024. It's actually unheard of from Adobe that they don't
want to help with this kind of problem. It has absolutely nothing to
do with fraud. My laptop crashed. Thanks for your help attempt.
