The program refuses to do slide show

Hello:

My problem is that the program refuses to do slide show. Everything else does it right.

Just installed there was no problem but as a week happened what I have told. I reinstalled the program once and returned to work. After a couple of days it stopped working again. I reinstalled the program for the third time and this time the problem was not fixed.

What can be done? Thanks

Mi problema es que el programa se niega a hacer el show de diapositivas. Todo lo demás lo hace bien.

Recién instalado no había ningún problema, pero como a la semana sucedió lo que he dicho. Reinstalé el programa una vez y volvió a funciionarr. Después de un par de días dejó de funcionar de nuevo. Reinstalé el programa por tercera vez y esta vez el problema no fue arreglado.

¿Qué se puede hacer? Gracias

Hola amigos:

No entiendo bien el sentido de vuestra respuesta. en realidad no es una respuesta. Yo fui muy claro en mi pregunta.

"El program no hace diapositivas" Una vez reinstalado reucuperó esa función por un corto tiempo ( dos días). Una segunda reinstalación no recuperó la función.

Yo trabajo hace mas de diez año con este programa desde que era Ulead. Sé muy bien como manejarlo pero est problema me supera.

Trabajo con windows 8.1

I do not quite understand the meaning of your answer. Really it is not an answer. I was very clear in my question.

"The program does not make slides" Once it was reinstalled, this function was reused for a short time (two days). A second reinstallation did not recover the function.

I have been working with this program for over ten years since I was Ulead. I know very well how to handle it but this problem surpasses me.

I work with windows 8.1

No, it does not give an error message. Simplemete does nothing. Other

creative such as cd cover are made
