After more than a year of a very slow computer, I decided it was time to wipe the hard drive and start again. On reloading Photoshop Elements 14 from my disc I now find I am getting the message that "The serial number is in use by the maximum allowed computers" this is not the case as I only have it on my 2 computers which I believe is acceptable to the licence agreement
