theme files disconnected

I installed (a fresh download) of Photoshop Elements 2024 on a new computer. After restoring the catalog, I did a reconnect prior to backup. Organizer shows 24 theme files (themeXX.theme) that are not connected. I have searched the program folders and found folders labelled theme1, theme2, etc. but they all show empty. I have done backups without worrying about it, but I was interested if there was a way to get these files reconnected so that the Reconnection tool would be more useful (I wouldn't have to scan through all the theme files to make sure there wasn't anything else disconnected). Thanks

Did you install the program in its default location?

Please show us a screenshot of the message you are receiving for the .theme files.

The Themes files are not supposed to be visible in the Organizer grid.  They are program files that are used by certain features.
