There is no pressure sensitivity?!?

I am using an XP-Pen star 3, and the pressure sensitivity will not work for Photoshop elements 14. When it first arrived this morning the sensitivity was working fine but it suddenly stopped. The pressure is fine on the other drawing software I have (clip studio paint). What is causing this?
