Three cursors in Win 7

I'm using PS4 on a Win7 computer. I have reset the DPI to 151 per instruction fro PS Help page. But the three tiny cursors persist.

Is there another solution to this, please?

Your using photoshop cs4 or photoshop elements 4?

You restarted your computer afterwards?

Did you try 149%?

What about if you set it to 100%?

First, thank you for the prompt and helpful response. I am in PS4 (not elements)

Changing to 100% offered cursor normalization only in a few tools. The primary one, the cursor tool itself remained the annoying 3 tiny cursors.

Changing to 149% restored normal cursors to all tools but the cursors are still not as bold and easy to see. Most are a faint "cross" with a tiny dot in the middle. Is there anything else I can do to bring back the original, bolder cursors?

Check in the photoshop cs4 Edit>Preferences>Cursors and set the Painting Cursors to either Normal or Full Size and Other Cursors to Standard.
