tiny menu buttons and text - newly installed Elements12 on W10

hi guys,

recently switched from Windows7 to Windows10, and with this I also transferred my Adobe Elements 12.

I have two problems occurring;

1. my license code is not accepted anymore

2. all my menu items (buttons and text) are REALLY tiny, almost unreadable. I've found that in Elements15 this can changed, but hoping there's an option in Element12. I also know that one can change the screen resolution on Windows, but fairly said that's no solution but just a remedy. This would change all other applications to scale up, which I do not want.

Curious if solutions exist.

Thanks already!!

Preference settings for scaling the UI were only introduced in PSE13 and Adobe does not update older versions.

You could download the PSE15 free trial and test the interface.

Download Photoshop Elements free trial | Adobe Photoshop Elements

On Windows go to Edit >> Preferences to change. See my image. After you choose e.g. 200% you must click OK, close the editor and re-launch again for the settings to take effect.
