Transfer Adobe Elements 2019 from my old HP laptop to new HP laptop

HP recognizes my account when I am on the old laptop, but I don't have a CD or the registration number for this program that came preloaded on the computer when I purchased it from HP.  My old computer has a nonrepairable 1.5" vertical line running down the screen on the left quarter of the laptop screen making it virtually unusable on the go. I believe I read that I can somehow use the program on both of my computers, but I don't have any idea of how to accomplish that.  Thanks

If you ever registered it with adobe you can download from your adobe account.

If you never did anything like registering:  You probably are out of luck.

Preloaded versions are usually limited for use on only that computer.

That's an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)-licensed version.

OEM licensing is tied to the computer it was pre-installed on. That's why there are no disks or serial number. There are no transfer rights.

HP licensed it from Adobe for preinstallation on the old HP laptop which you purchased at the time. It cannot be installed on another computer. You can only reinstall it on the old laptop.
