Transfer to new PC

Bought Elements 21 last year and have since purchased a new PC, is it possible to transfer the programme to the new PC, don't have the original licence as I reset the old PC withhout saving it, have proof of purchase thorugh PayPal

Your license allows you to activate the program on two machines (but you can only use one at a time).  If you registered the program, you will find the license number in your Adobe account products page.  Click this link and it should take you there.  You may have to sign into your Adobe account.  If you don't intend to use the old computer, it is best to sign out of Elements under the Help menu.  This will allow you to install the program on another computer for later activation.
