Transfering Adobe software to a new computer

New Here ,

How do I transfer Photoshop Elements and Premium to my new computer...Windows 10? The software was purchased as a pre-loaded package with the old device around 15 years ago...operating system XP and sold without access codes. I would now like to transfer the program and my files to a new computer. Are you able to assist?

Lost information - see reply #1 in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2008767

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so
