Transferring Catalog from PSE 12 to PSE 15 on same PC: How To?

Hi- I just installed PSE.  Is there an easy way to transfer my PSE 12 catalog?  Everything is on the same PC.  I would like to uninstall PSE 12 afterwards to save space. Thanks in advance!
