Trouble completing Elements 2020 to a new second iMac

I was able to download Photoshop 2020 (which I had on my old computer) to my new iMac but it won't load the Photo Editor.   I know I can't run on both computers at the same time.

I had the trial for Elements 2021 which ended and I made sure to trash it so that shouldn't be the problem I would think.

Photoshop Elements 2020 may not run on Big Sur.
