trouble installing adobe photoshop elements 9?

I had a virus in my lap top and i reformatted. I was able to reinstall everything but Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. I have both Photoshop elements 9 and 10. after it installs it rolls back the installation. I have windows 7. Please help

Hi,

You need to restart the machine before installing the application in case it's rolling back post installation.

Post restart, try installing. It should then work fine.
