I have some questions regarding the Photoshop program, this message keeps popping up

"This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for Photoshop CC. Please refer to the system requirements in the Help documentation for a full list of hardware and software requirements for Photoshop CC." I wanted to know what are the requirements in order to download this program. Please inform me back.

If Photoshop Elements, the current version requires a 64bit version of Windows

-I don't know the Mac requirements
