Trouble Uploading Raw into Elements 19

Community Beginner ,

I have Windows 10,  Nikon D3500 and Photoshop Elements.  I have read that my camera is compatible with Elements when importing raw.  I have tried importing raw from One Drive into Elements and Elements can't open.  I have tried straight from the SD card to Organizer and Elements can't open.  Something to the fact it isn't compatible.  I have tried two different SD cards.  I also took off and then reinstalled Elements.  Does anyone have any idea's on what maybe the problem?

Your camera requires ACR 11.1 (or higher). Elements 2019 ships with ACR 10.4 but was recently given an update to 11.4.  Have you applied the update?

If you have, please explain what happens when you try to open the file.

I did the update.

I changed my image size from large to medium.  That worked!

Thank you for replying.
