I just installed PSE14 on a new Windows 10 computer. Download from disc looked good, but I can't open 14. there's an annoying and persistent block to prevent me from opening the program, and pushing Elements 15. I downloaded 15 as trial. Will not purchase it. I want to use 14 with the Topaz plug-ins I have purchased. Please tell me a way around this aggressive BS.
Thanks in advance,
Jan [Personal information removed by moderator]
Is there an error message? If so, exactly what does it say?

Can you post a screen shot of what appears on your monitor?

Thanks for the comebackThere isn't an error message as such. There's a rectangular block that says:see how easy it is to create photos that wow your family and friends

I can't give you a picture of it unless I photograph it. Then I don't know how to send to you.

Hi Jan,
Please dismiss the dialog that you're saying about purchasing PSE15.
If this doesn't help, please share a screenshot of the dialog that you see when trying to launch Editor or Organizer. Here's how a screenshot can be taken - http://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-take-screenshots-windows-8-81-using-built-tools
Thanks
