Trying to install Elements 15

When trying to launch initialisation keep getting error message 'installer failed to initialise'.  can anyone advise.  thanks

Which OS are you working on?

Try updating Adobe Application Manager from

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You

Now try installing Photoshop Elements. Let us know if issue still persists.
