As in the subject, I have an official copy of Photoshop Elements 11 on DVD, in the original box with paperwork and serial number, which I believe is about 8 years old now, installed on an old laptop.

However,  I've now got a new latop which hasn't got a DVD drive. How do I download the same edition again?

I've been happy with it and has done the things I've needed to do with my photos.

If you have access to another computer with a DVD drive, you can copy the contents of the DVD to a USB thumbdrive and install it from there.  External optical drives are also very cheap - around $20 in the US.
