Trying to re-install Elements 11

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10, also upgraded to a new Drive.  I had Photoshop Elements 11 on my old drive. I have my Serial Number from when I purchased this. I can't find anywhere to download 11 so I can install it on my new drive.

If you downloaded PSE directly from Adobe and registered it, you'll find a download link in the Purchase History section of your Adobe account.  If you downloaded it from an etailer you'll need to contact that etailer to request a download link.  If neither of these work, PSE 2020 is available at a $30 discount right here, until Feb 18, or here as a 30 Day Free Trial.
