Two previous computers died and I destroyed old hard discs. tried to decativate old computers but they don't exist. how do I do this

Two of my old computers died.  I destroyed my old computers hard disks and donated the computer to Goodwill.  Before I can use photoshop on my new computer I have to deactivate it on my old.  HOW???????????
