I've been trying for three days, I download the product, it installs on my Windows 10 computer, but then I get an error message saying a restart might be needed. I restart and get same message. I have uninstalled, restarted, installed again and still get this message. If I ignore this message, I can enter my serial numbers, but when I open elements 15, it is only the trial version. Needless to say, I am entirely frustrated. Can anyone help me?
