Unable to download and install Photoshop Elements 12

need info on why and what to do with my adobe photo elements 12 I click on the icon and it down loads and stops will not down load on my desktop

Ya thank you but my real problem is the my program I already have is on my computer already I think my space is full just not available for the program to open and upload when I click on my icon on my desktop it starts to up load. But does not. I have my master disc from when I purchased the program. When I place it in my computer the program uninstall shows up only. I think that means that I should uninstall and reload my program. But I need to clear my space first I think what do you think.

How full is your hard drive and what size is it?

4GB I I have hundreds of pictures and art work psd' pdfs pic's and saved documents a lot of large oversized art work though' I do computer art

You should copy the files to your internal hard drive and work from there, not from a card.

Yes I have its my space in hard drive. It's my icon and uploading it will not upload when clicking on my icon. I might need to uninstall and clear my space then upload to my hard drive again. I am running of a disk I bought the program. What do you think.
