Hello, I am trying to download photoshop elements14. I don,t have a disc. I,ve entered my SERIAL NO. and it is coming up invalid. Any solutions please?

• Is your serial number definitely for Photoshop Elements 14 (PSE14)? not 15 or some other version?
• Which operating system was your version of PSE14 originally for: Windows or Mac? Or was it multi-platform?
• Did you purchase by download or in a box from a shop or online store?
• Are you now trying to install on Windows or Mac?
• Have you downloaded and installed the correct version of PSE? i.e. 14 not 15?

• Is your serial number in the correct format: 24 digits, no letters?
