What operating system do you have?
Is it an upgrade version?
Did you use the Mac serial number for Mac or Windows serial number for Windows?
There are no updates for PSEv.9. This old iteration of the software is no longer supported by Adobe.
You can upgrade to the current version by purchase. Adobe may offer you a discount as a repeat customer, but shop around for the best price.
