I installed a trial version of Elements 2023. The RAW version installed is V 14.4.0 which will not open my Fujifilm X-T5 RAW files. I have downloaded the latest RAW plug in V 15 and followed the installation process but the RAW plugin is still showing as V 14.4.0. The trial is of no use to me if I am unable to open my camera files. Help please anybody.
Your Fujifilm X-TS camera requires v15 of camera raw. Follow the instructions in this Adobe help article to install Camera raw v15 on your computer.
Note: Since you've already downloaded and installed Camera Raw v15, you can probably start with step 7 in the instructions. In step 8, the file that you need to copy is Camera Raw.8bi.
