Unable to open the Organizer from the Welcome Screen

I am running Elements 13 on Windows 10. When I open the welcome screen and choose organizer, I don't get it. I get the general information screen.

You need to click on the Media tab.  See this picture:

Thanks. I tried that and also a number of other work-arounds. I ended up re-installing both Elements 13 and Premiere 13 from the disks. Now everything works just fine. Thanks again.
