I recently had to reinstall my OS due to a system crash and am looking to reinstall elements which I purchasedsome years ago. The email I used to sign up is no longer valid so I don't know where to start as trying to find a method of contacting customer service is proving diffiucly at best.

However, I believe your old email address is only used as a user name to identify you. If you remember your old password, you can sign into your Adobe.com account and obtain a link to download your purchased software. Click here to see if you can sign into your account. If you don't remember your password, I don't know whether you are going to be able to retrieve your account information unless you provided a secondary address or telephone number in your account profile.
