Unable to update Camera Raw in Photoshop Elements 12

I recently purchased a Nikon D610. I am unable to open raw images in Photoshop Elements 14. So I checked my Camera Raw plug in and its at 8.0.0.137. When I try to update to the latest Camera Raw I keep getting the error log "Photoshop Camera Raw 8.5

There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I210"

Can anybody please help? I have even tried to copy and paste the new plug in with no luck

So frustrating!
