I have several questions:

Just downloaded photoshop elements 2020 version 18 to my newer computer.

Unable to upload psd file and error comes up "could not complete your request because of program error"

Suggestions?

WHen I look at my account, it says. you have no activated devices.  Should there be a device listed there and if so, how do you add a device?  Can't find a place to do so

Thanks!

Have you a Creative Cloud account ? In this case the devices listed there are only for the activation of Creative Cloud subscriptions: the Elements perpetual licenses are not managed there at all, only Adobe Staff can monitor them.

Hello,

Could you please explain what do you mean by "unable to upload PSD file"? Did you mean to convey that you were trying to open a PSD file in the Elements Editor or were you trying to save the file to cloud?

Thanks,

Medha Sharma
