Says it's a firewall problem on no internet connection,nothing has changed since Monday is this just another bug?
Without you giving us more details, we can't possibly tell you. What OS and version of Elements are you using? When do you get the error message. Please show us a screenshot of the error message.
OK, I've reproduced the problem. I see that I have the same message on Elements 2022. I will report this to Adobe.

This was a temporary server issue that should now be fixed.

I think Adobe was unaware of the problem until I reported it to them.
