UNDERWATER COLOR CORRECT RED ACTION

I am wondering if anyone can help me with the above Actoin.  in a previous version of PS Elemetns that I used a few years ago, I was able to download a specifc action that helped to correct true colour back into underwater photos.  In a book I have called Adobe Photoshop for Underwater Photgoraphers'' it says that you can download this from Adobe Studio on the Adobe website.  Does anyone know how to get this action app?
