Seems Photoshop elements 10 has taken over my PC (running in the back ground) when I plug in my IPhone or Camera they automatically go to Adobe Photo Elements file, and I wish to stop this or delete the program without affecting my photos, I am a novice and have very little knowledge, and or experience on the utilization of Adobe Photo.   Thank you

Hi Manuel,

Which OS are you using? Generally, you can solve this issue by changing Auto Play settings of your PC but if you can inform me about the OS version I would be able to help you with specific steps.

Thanks,

Ankit

Hi Manuel,

1.) In the search bar next to Windows icon on the desktop search "AutoPlay Settings." This would show you a result with name searched. Click on that and it will open a dialog.

2.) In the dialog you'll see your camera/device name which you are attaching to your computer, below that there is drop down. Click on the drop down and select "Ask me every time" for your camera.

Thanks,

Ankit
