I have upgraded Premier Elements 2018 & Photoshop Elements 2018. Is it safe to uninstall previous version (Photoshop Elements/Premier Elements 2013) from my Windows laptop? Would really appreciate some help as I do not want to possibly uninstall some files that would effect my upgraded version. Thanks!

Each version of the software is independent. However, suggest that you deactivate v.2013 via the help menu prior to uninstalling, in case you wish to re-install for some reason.
