I own versions 9,11 and 13. All of a sudden, version 9, which I like the best, stopped working. I was attempting to use 11, but wasn't happy with it. When I tried to reinstall 9, it wanted to uninstall it, but couldn't do it successfully. Then it said, 11 was in the same folder and I would have problems. So, I uninstalled 11. When I went to use 13, it didn't like my product key. So now I don't have any of the programs working. and I NEED at least one. preferable 9.
I tried several uninstall programs, but can't get 9 off so I can reinstall it.
